Welcome to Twigs&Duck Cards

Hi, my name is Emily and I am the owner/manager/designer of Twigs&Duck greeting cards.

A little bit about me...
I am 21 years old and am in my final weeks of a three year university degree in Asian Studies and Sustainable Development. I have always loved arts and craft since I was a little girl, drawing, painting creating...anything I could get my hands on. Even now my hands are never idle, whether I'm watching a movie or T.V. I always seem to have some little project in my hands. I have been working at a wonderful family owned newsagency for six yeas, my awesome bosses kindly started giving me various bits and pieces from magazines which were destined for land fill. After I started accumulating a fare mound of bits, I began making greeting cards. It wasn't until I had amounted a fare few more than I could give away that I was encouraged to start selling my little creations. And here begins my adventure with Twigs&Duck...

I have been running Twigs&Duck on Etsy since August 2012, between university study and other responsibilities its been a slow and at times neglected venture. Now that I have finished my studies I have been able to throw myself into doing all the things I've wanted to do with Twigs&Duck.

To start, I just spent a long and tedious afternoon creating and connecting all the usual apps and websites and emails etc so that all my wonderful followers and supporters can find me all around the internet.
